Our commitment to excellence remains unchanged—our services and expertise speak for themselves. However, acknowledging the pivotal role referrals play in our growth, we’ve decided to implement a Referral Reward Programme as a token of appreciation for your support.

Starting January 1st 2024, we’re thrilled to offer a 10% commission for the first year’s order value on any new business introduced by our clients and partners. It’s our way of not only expressing gratitude but also incentivising and nurturing this collaborative spirit.

Referral Rewards Programme – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
a. The Referral Rewards Programme (“Programme”) is open to all existing clients, partners and network contacts (“Referrers”) of Edge Digital Limited (“Company”).
b. Referrers must be of legal age in their respective jurisdiction to participate in the Programme.

2. Referral Process:
a. Referrers must refer new potential clients (“Referred Parties”) to the Company using the designated referral process or link provided by the Company.
b. Referred Parties must be new clients to the Company and have not engaged with the Company’s services or products prior to the referral.

3. Commission and Rewards:
a. Referrers are eligible to receive a commission of 10% of the first year’s order value from Referred Parties, subject to the successful completion of the referred business.
b. The commission will be calculated based on the net order value after any applicable taxes, discounts, or refunds.
c. Payment of the commission will be made to the Referrer after the successful completion of the Referred Party’s transaction with the Company.

4. Transparency and Disclosure:
a. The Referrer must ensure that the Referred Party is made aware of the referral incentive before making the introduction to the Company.
b. The Company reserves the right to disclose the referral relationship between the Referrer and the Referred Party for transparency purposes.

5. Exclusions:
a. The Programme does not apply to referrals made by employees or immediate family members of the Company.
b. Referrers cannot refer themselves or their own accounts to receive rewards.

6. Modifications and Termination:
a. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
b. Any modifications or updates to the Programme will be effective upon posting on the Company’s official website or communication to Referrers.

7. Compliance with Laws:
a. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Programme, including but not limited to anti-bribery laws and regulations.

8. Liability:
a. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from the referral process or the Programme.

9. Agreement to Terms:
a. Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
