Compass Group

Compass Group plc is a leading food services business based in the UK and a FTSE 100 company. Edge started working with them in 2008 when we created and delivered a company-wide CDrom to support the sales teams. From then our support has grown and we now undertake regular email campaigns to drive customer loyalty and drive sales revenue across the business.

This was a large and very high profile project within the business and required storing all of the Groups customer facing material in a format that could be content managed online and then published to a CDrom where it could be delivered as and when needed.

There have since been 3 phases and evolutions of the CDrom where we continue to add new functionality such as search tools, print options, galleries and presentation tools. 

Compass also use our eFulfilment tool ‘Reactor Mail’ to send information to prospects and customers via email.
